Robert, who is Chief Instructor of Sussex Karate Association, has been running the Association for nearly 20 years and is an extremely experienced instructor in Traditional Shotokan Karate.
He is very experienced in teaching Basics, Kata and Kumite and the whole aspect of Shotokan Karate.
